How do I know a provider is actually verified?
Verified providers display a verified badge on their profile. Every badge is issued manually after an admin review — not automated. We confirm business registration, facility existence, and profile accuracy before any badge is issued.
What if a provider turns out to be misrepresenting themselves?
Report it through the platform. We take misrepresentation seriously and will investigate and remove providers who are found to be providing false information. Our annual re-review process also catches status changes over time.
Can I use 3PL Marketplace to find specialized warehouse services?
