  • Proposal submission
  • Messaging
  • Verification
  • Subscription services

3. Marketplace Disclaimer

3PL Marketplace is a marketplace platform that facilitates introductions and communication between businesses.

3PL Marketplace is not:

  • A broker
  • A carrier
  • A warehouse operator
  • A freight forwarder
  • A logistics provider
  • A transportation provider
  • A party to agreements entered into between users

All transactions and business relationships are solely between participating users.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Act lawfully
  • Respect other users
  • Represent their businesses honestly

5. Company Profiles

Users are responsible for ensuring all company information, listings, requests, and proposals are accurate and current.

6. Verification Program

Verification badges indicate that certain information or documents were reviewed by the platform.

Verification does not constitute:

  • An endorsement
  • A recommendation
  • A guarantee
  • A certification
  • A warranty

Verification does not guarantee:

  • Financial stability
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Operational capability
  • Service quality
  • Trustworthiness
  • Future performance

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

7. Due Diligence

Users are solely responsible for evaluating business partners and conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any:

  • Contract
  • Storage agreement
  • Fulfillment agreement
  • Transportation agreement
  • Business relationship

8. Subscriptions

Certain features require paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid payment methods
  • Paying subscription fees
  • Reviewing billing information

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Submit fraudulent information
  • Upload fraudulent documents
  • Misrepresent a company
  • Harass other users
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent platform security
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Violate applicable laws

10. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By submitting content, users grant 3PL Marketplace a limited license to host, store, process, display, and distribute such content solely for operation of the platform.

11. Suspension and Termination

3PL Marketplace may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment
  • Security concerns
  • Abuse of platform services

12. No Guarantee of Results

3PL Marketplace does not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Customers
  • Revenue
  • Contracts
  • Transactions
  • Occupancy
  • Business opportunities
  • Marketplace success

Results depend on user participation and market conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3PL Marketplace shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Lost profits
  • Lost opportunities
  • Contract disputes
  • Shipment issues
  • Service failures
  • Damages arising from user interactions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3PL Marketplace from claims arising from:

  • User actions
  • User content
  • Business relationships
  • Violations of these Terms

15. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, branding, and related content remain the property of their respective owners.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer platform components except as permitted by law.

16. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services. 3PL Marketplace is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

17. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator conducts business.
