Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. Your listing remains active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
Your listing remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free tier — your profile remains on the platform but your public listing is deactivated and you won't appear in marketplace searches.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the change takes effect immediately and you pay a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do buyers really pay nothing?
Correct. Searching the marketplace, browsing provider profiles, posting requirements, receiving proposals, and messaging providers is completely free for logistics buyers. There are no buyer-facing fees of any kind.
Is verification included in the subscription?
Verification eligibility is included in Professional and Premium plans. The verification process itself — document review and badge issuance — is part of the plan. There are no separate verification fees.
Can I list multiple facilities?
Each facility listing requires its own plan subscription. If you operate multiple locations, each gets its own profile, verification, and plan. Contact us at support@3pl-marketplace.net to discuss volume pricing for multi-facility operators.
Do you offer annual billing?
